In the mountain range of Southern Crimea there are caverns. Anyone touring the area should go see them. They are accessible from the highway between Симферополь and the South East coast, on the Симферополь side of the pass.
I haven't been to that many caverns. I've been to Carlsbad, NM and others. These are on my list of worthwhile places to see.
It's a long dirt road to get there. It's a little rough, but you could do it on a Harley Davidson if you have any salt. I'd rather have one of my Nortons or the Royal Enfield I rode in India, but my old Suzuki did OK.
